ASM is authorized by the U.S. Department of Education to offer Title IV funding to those who qualify. As such we have many options available to support your financial needs including Stafford loans, Pell Grants and PLUS loans. Amounts may vary based upon income and eligibility. We are also approved for VA Education benefits for those who qualify. In addition, ASM provides in house financing wherein the student must pay a minimum of $500 before classes begin. The balance due can be financed for students to pay monthly for no more than six months. Interest will be charted at the rate of 10%. We also accept all major credit cards although there is a 3$ fee for all credit card charges. Attendance Incentive Gifts

The Attendance Incentive Gifts program was created to reward and encourage students to complete all requirements in a timely manner. If a student completes the first 300 hours of the program by the halfway point designated by the Financial Aid Office the student will receive a gift certificate for a free professional massage at Tuscany, A Classic Italian Spa, an $85 value. If a student completes all hours, pays all fees, turns in all professional massages and textbooks by their graduation date and they have not missed any of their scheduled clinics, the student will receive a gift of the Aurora Student Massage Table Package from Oakworks, a $530 value. If a student completes all hours, pays all fees, and turns in all professional massages and textbooks within time and a half (9 months from your first day of class) the student will receive a gift of a check to cover the cost of the MBLEx exam, a value of $265. If a student completes all hours, pays all fees, turns in all professional massages and textbooks by their graduation date they have not missed any of their scheduled clinics and they have missed no more than 5% of their classes, the student will receive a gift of a check to pay for either their Georgia or their South Carolina license, a $125 plus the applicable processing fee or a $150 value, respectively. These incentives are considered gifts to the students who have earned them by meeting the necessary requirements. These items are not paid for by tuition, therefore if the student does not earn the gifts they will not receive them. This information will be covered in more detail during the Personal Tour and on the first day of the program.

Books and Supplies

Books are issued to you for your use during the period of time you are enrolled at ASM. In the event your books are damaged or defaced while in your possession (reasonable wear and tear expected); you will be charged replacement costs for the book(s). The following is a list of required material for your program and the approximate costs.

Pair of black scrubs and/or (1) pair of khaki or solid black dress slacks $20
